Ingredients
- 1 cup white vatana, soaked overnight
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut, grated
- 1 tsp goda masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
Method

Pressure cook soaked vatana until tender but not mushy.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add onion and saute until translucent.

Add turmeric, chili powder, goda masala and grated coconut.

Add cooked vatana with some cooking water.

Simmer 10 minutes and serve hot with pav or bhakri.
