Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via trusted logistics partners. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from our processing facility in Gujarat. Express delivery options are available for urgent orders.

International Shipping

We export to 7+ countries via sea freight and air freight. Transit times vary:

• Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia): 7-10 days by sea
• Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa): 15-25 days by sea
• Southeast Asia: 10-15 days by sea

Export Documentation

We handle all export documentation including phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates, bill of lading, commercial invoices, and destination-specific compliance paperwork. All documents are prepared as per international trade regulations.

Packaging for Transit

Products are packed in food-grade, tamper-proof packaging designed to withstand long-distance shipping. We use PP woven bags for bulk orders and BOPP laminated packaging for retail shipments. All packaging meets international food safety standards.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we provide tracking details via email. For international shipments, we share the bill of lading number and expected arrival date at the destination port.

Customs & Duties

Import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance. Our team can also guide you on expected duty rates for your destination country.
