Ingredients

  • 1 cup white vatana, boiled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 green chilies, minced
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Sev and coriander

Method

    Boil soaked vatana until tender, drain and cool.

    Mix with onion, tomato and green chilies.

  3. 3

    Add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.

    Drizzle tamarind and green chutney generously.

  5. 5

    Top with crispy sev and fresh coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately as a filling snack.
