Golden turmeric milk with black pepper and honey

Ingredients
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 glass milk
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
Method

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium flame.

Add turmeric powder and black pepper.

Add cinnamon and stir well.

Simmer for 5 minutes, do not boil vigorously.

Let it cool slightly, then stir in honey.

Drink warm before bedtime for immunity and better sleep.
