Fragrant one-pot soya chunks pulao with whole spices

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soya chunks
- 1.5 cups basmati rice
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp ghee
Method

Soak soya chunks in hot water, squeeze dry.

Heat ghee, add cumin and whole spices.

Add onion, saute golden, then add vegetables and soya.

Add washed rice, water and salt.

Cook covered on low for 15 minutes.

Fluff with fork and serve with raita.
