Spicy soya chunks curry in rich onion-tomato gravy

Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 2 onions, pureed
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
Method

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes, squeeze dry.

Heat oil, add cumin, saute onion puree until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree, cook 10 minutes.

Add yogurt and all spices, cook until oil separates.

Add soya chunks and enough water for gravy.

Simmer 15 minutes and serve with rice or roti.
