Vegetarian soya granule keema with peas and bold spices

Ingredients
- 1 cup soya granules
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
Method

Soak soya granules in hot water, squeeze dry.

Heat oil, add cumin and saute onions until dark golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook until mushy.

Add soya granules, peas and all spices.

Cook covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with coriander, serve with paratha or pav.
