  • 1 cup moong dal, soaked 4 hours
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Method

    Grind soaked moong dal with green chilies and ginger to a smooth batter.

    Mix in chopped onion, spinach and salt.

    Heat a non-stick pan, spread batter thin like a crepe.

    Drizzle oil around edges, cook until crispy on bottom.

    Flip and cook the other side briefly.

    Serve hot with mint chutney and grated paneer.
