Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong chilka dal, sprouted
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, minced
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander

Method

    Soak moong chilka dal overnight, drain and sprout for 12 hours.

    Steam or lightly boil sprouts for 5 minutes.

    Let cool and mix with cucumber, tomato and onion.

    Add green chilies, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.

    Toss everything together gently.

    Garnish with coriander and serve as a healthy snack.
