Stuffed paratha with spiced moong chilka dal filling

Ingredients
- 1 cup moong chilka dal, cooked and mashed
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur
- Fresh coriander
- Ghee for cooking
Method

Mix mashed dal with onion, green chilies, cumin, amchur and coriander.

Make soft dough with wheat flour, salt and water.

Roll dough ball, place dal filling in centre, seal and roll flat.

Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden on both sides.

Press edges gently to ensure even cooking.

Serve with yogurt, pickle and butter.
