Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong beans, sprouted
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 boiled potato, diced
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Sev for topping

Method

    Soak moong beans overnight and sprout for 12-24 hours.

    Boil or steam sprouts until tender but still crunchy.

    Mix with onion, tomato and boiled potato.

    Drizzle tamarind and green chutney generously.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder and salt.

  6. 6

    Top with sev and coriander, serve immediately.
