Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup methi leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method

Mix flour, methi, yogurt, all spices and oil together.

Knead into a smooth dough, rest for 20 minutes.

Roll thin circles and cook on medium-hot tawa.

Apply oil on both sides while cooking until brown spots appear.

Thepla should be thin and pliable, not crispy.

Serve with pickle, curd or green chutney. Great for trips.
