Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup methi leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- Salt to taste
- Ghee for cooking
Method

Mix wheat flour with chopped methi, cumin, chili, ajwain and salt.

Knead into soft dough with water, rest for 15 minutes.

Roll into medium-thick circles.

Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden spots on both sides.

Press gently while cooking for even browning.

Serve hot with yogurt, pickle and butter.
