Creamy fenugreek and peas curry in rich cashew gravy

Ingredients
- 1 cup methi leaves
- 1 cup green peas
- 10 cashews, soaked
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp butter
Method

Blanch methi leaves, squeeze and set aside.

Grind soaked cashews to a smooth paste.

Heat butter, saute onion and ginger-garlic paste.

Add cashew paste and cook for 5 minutes.

Add peas, methi, cream and spices, simmer 10 minutes.

Finish with garam masala and serve with naan or pulao.
