Nutritious winter methi ladoo with jaggery and dry fruits

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup methi seeds
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup jaggery, grated
- 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method

Dry roast methi seeds on low heat until golden and fragrant.

Cool and grind to a fine powder.

Roast wheat flour in ghee until golden brown.

Add methi powder, jaggery, cardamom and almonds.

Mix well while warm and shape into round ladoos.

Roll in coconut and store. Eat one daily in winters.
