Dal Paratha
Stuffed paratha with spiced leftover toor dal filling

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked toor dal, mashed thick
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Fresh coriander
- Ghee for cooking
Method

Mix mashed dal with onion, green chilies, spices and coriander for filling.

Make soft dough with wheat flour, salt and water, rest 15 minutes.

Roll a dough ball, place filling in centre, seal and roll out gently.

Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden and crispy on both sides.

Serve hot with yogurt, pickle and butter.
