Stuffed whole wheat paratha with spiced green peas filling

Ingredients
- 1 cup green peas, boiled and mashed
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 1/2 inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur
- Fresh coriander
- Ghee for cooking
Method

Mix mashed peas with green chilies, ginger, spices and coriander.

Make soft dough with wheat flour, salt and water.

Roll dough ball, place peas filling in centre, seal and roll flat.

Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden on both sides.

Press edges gently during cooking for even browning.

Serve hot with yogurt, pickle and butter.
