Crunchy spiced roasted desi chana for healthy snacking

Ingredients
- 1 cup desi chana, soaked overnight
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur
- Salt to taste
Method

Boil soaked chana until just tender, drain thoroughly.

Pat completely dry with kitchen towels.

Toss with oil, salt and spread on baking tray.

Roast at 200C for 25-30 minutes, shaking tray halfway.

Sprinkle chaat masala, chili powder and amchur while hot.

Cool completely and store in airtight jar for snacking.
