Chana Chaat
Ingredients
- 1 cup desi chana, boiled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Sev and coriander
Method
- 1
Drain boiled chana and place in a mixing bowl.

Add onion, tomato and green chilies.

Season with chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.

Drizzle tamarind and green chutney generously.

Top with sev and fresh coriander.
- 6
Toss gently and serve immediately.
