Ingredients
- 3-4 cloves
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1 inch ginger
- Sugar to taste
Method

Boil water with cloves, crushed cardamom and ginger.

Simmer for 3 minutes to extract spice flavour.

Add tea leaves and boil for 2 minutes.

Add milk and bring to boil, let it rise twice.

Add sugar to taste and strain into cups.

Serve hot on a rainy day or cold winter morning.
