Indo-Chinese chilli paneer with bold peppers and soy sauce

Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp oil
Method

Coat paneer in cornflour and chili powder, shallow fry until crispy.

Heat oil, saute garlic, then add onion and bell pepper.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce and a splash of water.

Add fried paneer and toss on high heat for 2 minutes.

Garnish with spring onion.

Serve dry with fried rice or as gravy with noodles.
