Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp ghee, melted
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • Saffron strands

Method

    Grind cashews to a fine powder, do not over-grind.

    Mix with powdered sugar and cardamom.

    Add melted ghee and saffron, mix until it comes together.

    Shape into small round ladoos while pressing firmly.

    Let them set at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
