Rich paneer dish in luxurious cashew cream sauce

Ingredients
- 15 cashews, soaked
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp butter
Method

Grind soaked cashews to a smooth paste.

Heat butter, saute onion and ginger-garlic paste.

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

Add cashew paste and cream, simmer 10 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and cook gently for 5 minutes.

Garnish with whole cashews and serve with paratha.
