Gujarati spiced bajra flatbread with methi and sesame

Ingredients
- 2 cups bajra flour
- 1/2 cup methi leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Yogurt
Method

Mix bajra flour with methi, sesame, cumin, spices and yogurt.

Knead into soft dough with warm water.

Pat into thick round flatbreads between palms or plastic sheet.

Cook on medium tawa with oil until both sides are golden.

Press gently while cooking for even browning.

Serve with pickle, curd and green chutney.
