Creamy almond chutney with coconut and green chilies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander
Method

Soak almonds for 1 hour, peel.

Grind almonds with coconut, green chilies and ginger.

Add a little water to make a smooth paste.

Add lemon juice, salt and coriander, blend briefly.

Adjust consistency with water as needed.

Serve with dosa, idli, kebabs or as a dip with snacks.
