Ingredients
- 1 cup urad chilka dal, sprouted
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Lemon juice
- Fresh coriander
Method

Soak urad chilka dal overnight, sprout for 24 hours.

Steam sprouts for 10 minutes until tender.

Let cool and mix with all chopped vegetables.

Season with chaat masala, salt and generous lemon juice.

Toss well and garnish with coriander.
