Crispy pan-fried rajma tikkis with mint chutney

Ingredients
- 1 cup rajma, boiled
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for pan frying
- Mint chutney
Method

Mash boiled rajma and potatoes together.

Add onion, green chilies, garam masala and salt.

Shape into flat round tikkis.

Coat with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.

Pan fry in oil until golden and crispy on both sides.

Serve hot with mint chutney and ketchup.
