Protein-packed rajma salad with tangy lemon dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup rajma, boiled
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Fresh coriander
Method

Boil rajma until tender, drain and cool completely.

Mix with cucumber, bell pepper, onion and tomato.

Toss with lemon juice, chaat masala and salt.

Drizzle a little olive oil if desired.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve chilled as a healthy protein-rich salad.
