Ingredients

  • 1 cup rajma, soaked and boiled
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 2 dried red chilies
  • Curry leaves
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

    Boil soaked rajma until tender, drain well.

    Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal and dried chilies.

    Add curry leaves and hing when seeds splutter.

    Add boiled rajma, salt and toss well.

    Add grated coconut and mix gently.

    Serve as a nutritious snack or festival offering.
