Stuffed paratha with spiced mashed rajma filling

Ingredients
- 1 cup rajma, boiled and mashed
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur
- Fresh coriander
- Ghee for cooking
Method

Mash boiled rajma and mix with onion, chilies, spices and coriander.

Make soft dough with wheat flour, salt and water.

Roll dough ball, stuff with rajma filling, seal and roll flat.

Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden on both sides.

Press edges to ensure even cooking.

Serve with yogurt, pickle and butter.
